We are currently experiencing technical issues with our website, which are causing some links within the page to malfunction and return you to the front page.

The navigation links at the top of the page still work, so use those to get around until we get this fixed.

Update 1/13/2011: The website and forum was down for rush maintenance a few days. It's back up and mostly working again, except for the wiki (we're working on it!)

Bug fixes and more are here in RC8.

As a note to those of you using the EX + alpha branch, the music and sound changes are now integrated in the main RC line.

It's been a while since our last update, so here's a new revision of M.U.G.E.N. The 1.0 RC7 release features a collection of bugfixes for CNS and other issues. More info.

The experimental "EX + alpha" branch, which focuses on addressing music/sound issues in the main RC series, also makes its return this time around. You can see the dev blog for a more detailed discussion.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Key mappings have changed. If you keep your current mugen.cfg, be sure to unzip the new one to a temp directory and copy over the new default key mappings. You can then reconfigure the settings to your taste in the Options menu.
